Curry Spaghetti Bento
Do you still remember that I wrote these on my previous post here: I love curry, and I love to curry-ize everything recently - I love to have it in my omelet, fried rice, stir fry, fritters, and steamed rice (oh, steamed curry rice is sooo good :D). Then, on her comment, my dear friend Momon suggested me to make curry spaghetti. I thought it was a brilliant idea; it was a must to be given a go. And that's right, curry spaghetti is just AWESOME! Thanks a lot Momon for the idea :D. First, I sauteed ready-to-use curry spice paste and after that adding some coconut milk. Then, I added in the cooked pasta and shredded tuna, I cooked them for some minutes and let them absorbed the coconut milk. As the last touch on the curry spaghetti, I sprinkled toasted white and black sesame seeds. Besides the curry spaghetti, I also had curry flavored tuna omelet, boiled beef sausage-broccoli-tofu sandwich-chikuwa, and cute cherry tomato :D.

Cute Food Pick

Some friends asked me about these cute food picks that I also used in this bento. Yes, I love these picks. I often used them when I make non-charaben :D. These picks, according to me, are often successful to give the touch of classical Japanese bento in my non-charabens :D.

Adios! ^^

  1. Spaghetti....:)!! Love it, but I eat too much pasta (and rice already, especially after I have started making bento at home ;)). I have to lower down my carb intake, but it's so hard because I adore carbs, can't live without it ;). Love the food picks, have never seen them before! And I want those fish cakes...I can't get them here :(

  4. @Lyn: You're always welcome dear :D. I got those picks from one of Indonesian bento OS, I ordered them when she was still in Japan last year. I think the OS now is inactive. But, I ever saw once on obentouhouse.multiply.com, hope you can get 'em :D
